WATT · Women Advancing and Thriving Together

Real influence.
Expanded opportunities.
Leadership that feels
energizing, not like
something you're surviving.

WATT is a leadership accelerator for high-performing women in corporate roles who are ready to stop navigating it alone and start creating the influence, opportunity, and impact they're already capable of.

Sound familiar?

"Doing all the things to prove yourself is exactly why you just lost the promotion to Kevin, who's only eight months in."

You've been delivering. Getting strong reviews. Staying later, taking on more, making yourself indispensable. And somehow, someone with less experience, less track record, and less to show for it just got the opportunity you were working toward.

This isn't a story about your capability. It's a story about how the system is built. And what it actually takes to change your position within it.

The way you've been taught to succeed has brought you this far. It won't take you where you're capable of going. WATT is where that changes.

Gap in women's desire to advance when they receive the same career support as men

The largest study of women in corporate America, now in its 11th year, found that women and men are equally dedicated to their careers. But women are less likely to pursue advancement. Not because the ambition isn't there. Because when women don't receive the same career support as men, the desire to advance starts to fade. When they do , the gap disappears entirely.

Half of companies are actively pulling back on the programs that help women advance. Sponsorship. Targeted development. The research is clear: waiting for your company to fix this is not a strategy.

WATT is the career support that matches capability with opportunity and restores the ambition the system has been quietly eroding.

"What weighs on me more than the workload is the pressure to keep doing more without a clear path forward. It makes me question what it's all for."

If that's where you are, you're in the right place.

What this actually feels like

You know that feeling when you're about to walk into a room that matters and you're already editing yourself before you even sit down?

Rehearsing how you'll say it. Wondering if this is the right moment. Calculating whether pushing back will cost you more than staying quiet.

That's not a confidence problem. That's what happens when you have nothing clear to anchor into through all the noise.

WATT changes that. Not by giving you better scripts or teaching you to take up more space. By getting you so clear on how you think, how you lead, and the value only you bring — that the editing stops.

You walk into that room knowing exactly what you see that nobody else sees. You say it. It lands. The conversation shifts. Your recommendation gets acted on. Your name comes up when the next initiative needs a leader. The scope of what you're trusted with expands — not because you worked harder or pushed more, but because you learned how to position your unique perspective as high-level business impact. And you do it all feeling more energized and aligned than you have in years.

What WATT is

The space you don't have at work.

Most high-performing women never get dedicated time to think about their leadership, because they're too busy navigating complex dynamics and making decisions without complete information. WATT is where that changes.

It's a small, carefully selected group of women in demanding corporate roles, many in complex, technical, male-dominated environments, who come together to do the leadership work that doesn't happen in the day-to-day. Not theory. Not generic frameworks. Real work, applied directly to what each woman is navigating right now.

Over six months, you build the capacity, the authority, and the strategic clarity to create the influence, opportunity, and impact you're already capable of, without burning out, overextending, or giving up the life you've built outside of work.

"A place where high-performing women stop navigating leadership alone and start creating the influence and impact they've always been capable of."

What becomes possible

  • Walking into high-stakes conversations with clarity and conviction
  • Being brought into strategic decisions, not just asked to execute them
  • Letting go of over-functioning without losing your edge
  • Advancing without sacrificing what matters outside of work
  • Knowing exactly how you lead, and trusting it fully
  • Making more impact in 30 focused hours than in 60 scattered ones

What it actually feels like

Unlike anything you have
access to at work.

WATT calls aren't a training session you sit through. You bring what you're navigating that week: a conversation you're dreading, a decision you're spinning on, a dynamic you can't quite name. We work through it together in real time.

The women in the room are making big moves, advancing in demanding roles, navigating complex environments, choosing to move through the fear and the barriers with intention and strategy. That energy is contagious. And rare.

Refreshing

Finally being in a room where people actually get it. No explaining the context. No softening the reality. Just women who understand exactly what you're navigating.

Grounding

A space to process what you can't always say out loud at work. To think clearly about your leadership without the noise of the day-to-day pulling you back under.

Inspiring

The women around you are choosing to move through the fear and the barriers, with intentionality and strategy. Watching that happen makes your own path feel more real.

Like you belong

Because you do. These are your people. The women who stay in WATT long after the six months are up do so because they know that who you surround yourself with is one of the most important decisions you'll make in your career.

Who this is for

WATT is for you if...

You've spent years climbing the corporate ladder and putting yourself in a position of new authority, but you're still being seen as the dependable doer instead of the strategic leader you feel like you've earned the right to be known for.

You've delivered results again and again, but you're still waiting for recognition and opportunities that should already have your name on them — and you're ready to communicate your value with confidence so they finally do.

You've been holding the weight of your team on your shoulders, fixing and redoing their work, but you're ready to stop carrying it all and finally lead a team that steps up and grows with you.

You've read the books, sat through the trainings, and heard all the theory, but none of it matches the messy, political, high-stakes realities of your role — and you want strategies that actually work, especially in male-dominated spaces.

You've outgrown generic leadership advice that talks in circles, and you're craving personalized coaching that cuts to the heart of your challenges and moves you forward and upward.

You've been the only woman in the room more times than you can count, and you know how isolating it feels. Now you want to be surrounded by women who get it — and are rising with you.

What's inside

Built for women who are
already running at full capacity.

About 3–5 hours per month. Everything recorded. Nothing generic. Structured so the work happens inside your real environment, applied directly to what you're navigating right now.

01

1:1 Kickoff + Personal Roadmap

Before anything else, you and Megan map your next six months together. Your goals, your gaps, your 90-day focus, built around your specific role, environment, and where you want to go.

You walk away with a personal leadership roadmap and a clear first 90 days.

02

Monthly Leadership Workshops

One 60-minute live workshop each month on a leadership topic grounded in what the group is actively navigating. Practical, specific, immediately applicable to your real environment. Always recorded.

You walk away with something you can use at work that week.

03

Bi-Weekly Group Coaching

Twice a month, bring what you're navigating in real time. Get coached, get clear, and develop the conviction to handle it differently. This is where the real shifts happen, in the room, in the moment.

You walk away knowing what to do next and trusting yourself to do it.

04

Private Community

A private Circle space for your cohort between calls. Bring a question, share a win, get a perspective when you need it. Leadership is isolating. This changes that.

You walk away with women who actually get it, who stay in your corner.

05

The Leadership RAMP™ Framework

Short, self-paced modules across four pillars: Resilience, Authority, Mastery, and Positioning. Designed to be applied immediately in your work, not just consumed. Tools you carry forward long after the program ends.

You walk away with a leadership framework that's yours to keep.

06

In-Person Events

Seasonal gatheringsmportant conversations happen outside the Zoom room. The relationships built here last well beyond six months.

You walk away with a network that goes beyond the program.

What we focus on together

Five areas that actually
move the needle.

The RAMP™ framework is the methodology. These are the five concrete areas where the work shows up in your day-to-day — in the room, with your team, and in your career trajectory.

01

Strategic Presence

You've already proven you can deliver. Now we build the clarity and steadiness to speak up with conviction, hold your ground when challenged, and be recognized as the strategic voice in the room.

02

Sustainable High Performance

Leadership shouldn't cost you your health, your peace of mind, or your personal life. We help you protect your energy, prioritize what matters, and build the habits that sustain success without burning out.

03

Team Leadership & Accountability

Carrying it all yourself doesn't prove your value — it keeps you stuck in the weeds. We help you build the expectations, systems, and culture that make your team step up so you can focus on strategy and impact.

04

Navigating Politics & Conflict

Influence isn't about avoiding conflict — it's about handling it skillfully. We help you navigate tough moments while staying true to your values and direction, demonstrating leadership even when things get tense.

05

Career Growth & Strategic Visibility

Great work doesn't speak for itself — you do. We help you strengthen your leadership brand, communicate your impact with confidence, and build the visibility that ensures decision-makers recognize your value and advocate for your next opportunity.

Success stories

Real women.
Real outcomes.

In these environments, not all visibility is equal, and discretion matters most. Our clients' stories stay anonymous. The outcomes don't.

Promoted 9 months ahead of schedule.

She came into WATT knowing she wanted more , but couldn't see a path forward that didn't cost her everything she'd built. The flexibility. The boundaries. The life she'd worked hard to protect outside of work.

We got clear on what she actually wanted, not what she thought she was supposed to want. Then we did the work to help her understand she didn't have to choose between advancing and keeping the things that mattered.

When a conversation with her senior leader came up, she didn't just prepare for it. She learned to translate the work she'd been doing into the language of business impact her leader actually cared about. She walked in knowing exactly what she brought and why it mattered at the next level.

She got the promotion. Nine months before she'd expected it. A full year before the timeline she and Megan had set together at the start of the program.

Named top 3% at her firm. Fast-tracked to the executive team.

She wasn't gunning for a promotion, but she was looking for a clear trajectory forward and leadership that felt energizing and sustainable.

In a highly technical role, she had built her credibility through expertise and execution. She knew her work better than almost anyone. But she was staying too close to it, stepping in more than she wanted to, because that was what she trusted. Letting go felt like losing control.

The shift wasn't about tactics. It was about understanding that her value at the next level wasn't in the doing. It was in the judgment, the direction, and the trust she built by leading differently. When she started showing up that way, something changed in how people saw her.

She was nominated for principal at her firm. Top 3%. It came with expanded scope, new opportunities, and a direct path toward the executive team. She wasn't expecting any of it.

Eyes on C-suite. Present at home.

She had done everything right at her previous company. Strong performance, consistent results, loyal to the work. And when the promotion she'd earned went to someone else, it knocked something loose.

She came into a new role determined not to repeat it, but she carried the weight of it with her. The conditioning that said if she just kept delivering, people would notice. The habit of waiting to be recognized instead of making her value impossible to ignore.

What we worked on wasn't confidence. It was strategy. How to show up in early conversations with clarity and conviction. How to connect the work she was doing to the business outcomes her leaders cared about. How to lead at the strategic level and make that visible.

She stopped working evenings. She started having the conversations she'd been avoiding. She's now setting her sights on C-suite leadership, and she's fully present at home, without the pull. Not because things slowed down. Because she learned to lead more in less time.

From inside WATT

Megan's coaching is a powerful blend of empathy, directness, and strategic insight. She's fully engaged and relentlessly in your corner. I've developed the confidence to advocate for myself in ways that genuinely support my career growth. WATT isn't a one-size-fits-all program. It's tailored, thoughtful, and unlike anything else I've found for women in mid-career who want clarity, growth, or both.

Why the cohort matters

We're deliberate about
who we bring in.

The quality of the women in the room is part of what makes WATT work. The goal isn't just that you get great coaching. It's that you find your people. Women who understand the specific environment you're navigating and who are choosing to advance through it with intention.

You also get what most women in the messy middle of leadership are missing: a high-caliber room of women who understand the weight of it all. Honest, real-world insight into challenges you can't Google or ChatGPT your way out of. A network that's as invested in your growth as you are.

That's why we're careful about who we select. Because we know that who you surround yourself with is one of the most important decisions you'll make in your career, and we want WATT to be a place where you never want to leave.

"The women I met inside WATT are the ones I call when I'm feeling stuck. That doesn't come from a networking event. It comes from doing real work together."

Your coach

Megan Gill

I spent 20 years building influence in complex, high-stakes corporate environments. I know firsthand that expertise doesn't automatically translate into opportunity.

I know what it's like to be in rooms that weren't built with you in mind and have to work out how to lead powerfully in them anyway. To hit the ceiling, question yourself, and find your way through without a clear map.

That's not something I read about. It's something I lived. And it's what I bring into every coaching relationship, not as a path for you to replicate, but as real, hard-won understanding of what it actually takes to build authority in environments like yours.

WATT exists because the work that gets you to this level is not the same work that takes you further. Most high-performing women figure that out too late, and alone.

Common questions

What you're probably
wondering.

I'm already in a leadership role — is WATT right for me?

Yes, and that's exactly who this is for. WATT is built for women with deep expertise and experience who are ready to lead at a higher level — with or without a formal title. Whether you're a Director navigating a complex organization, a Senior Manager who's been doing leadership work long before the title caught up, or a technical expert whose influence outpaces your official scope, WATT meets you where you are. What matters isn't what it says on your org chart. It's the depth of what you bring and your readiness to build on it.

How is this different from other leadership programs?

Most programs jump straight to tactics: speak up more, delegate better, build executive presence. WATT builds the internal foundation first, because without it, tactics are just more noise on an already maxed-out system. And unlike most programs, the coaching is grounded in the specific complexity women face in technical, corporate environments, not generic leadership theory that doesn't account for the real dynamics you're navigating.

How much time does it actually take?

About 3–5 hours per month: two 60-minute group coaching calls, one 60-minute workshop, and self-paced curriculum you move through at your own pace. Everything is recorded. If something comes up at work (it will), you can catch up when it suits you. Designed to fit inside a full life, not on top of one.

Can my employer fund this?

Many WATT clients have had this funded by their organization. Working out how to position that conversation, for your specific leader and environment, is part of what we do together inside the program. If the first answer is no, that conversation is still worth having. We'll help you have it well.

What happens after the six months?

Our goal is that you'll want to stay, because you've found your people and you know that who you surround yourself with matters. For those who want to continue, there's an option to re-sign and remain part of the community and coaching program. The caliber of women in the room is part of why we're so deliberate about who we bring in.

How many spots are in this cohort?

Five. WATT cohorts are intentionally small. The quality of the group matters as much as the coaching, and real depth requires real intimacy. Cohorts are intentionally small. When spots are gone, the next intake opens in a few months.

What does the application process look like?

You submit a short application and Megan will reach out to schedule a brief call to make sure WATT is the right fit for you and that you're the right fit for this cohort. There's no pressure and no obligation. If the timing or fit isn't right, we'll say so honestly.
